PROCESS DELIVERY GOODS IN VIETJET AIR:
- Quotation: upon receiving the request and specifying the item’s weight, we will advise you on shipping services and quotes via phone – email.
In this step, if the goods belonging to the forbidden goods violate rule number 12 in the Postal code which is prohibited goods, we will not take it.
2. Free packaging: We provide cartons, coupons, and envelopes for free. Except for the goods that require a pallet or wooden cover, we will not include them in our services.

Sign for receipt of goods: we make a consignment note, sign for confirmation, Customer keeps 1 copy, the company keeps one copy as confirmation document, we will provide consignment code – bill of lading number to the customer, continuously track the journey of each parcel and directly notify the results of each shipment to customers.
4. Delivery: Delivery we will deliver the goods to the recipient’s address and notify you.
